My Order

  • How long will my order take?

    Glasses containing single-vision prescription lenses will take 5-7 business days to process at our Optical Lab. Glasses containing progressive prescription lenses will need 7-10 business days at the lab. Once orders are completed at the lab, they take 3-6 business days to ship to their destinations.

  • How can I give you my prescription?

    You enter your prescription when placing your order. If you don't have your prescription you can either take an vision test at EyeTest.com or contact your eye care professional for a copy of your prescription.

  • What is the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order, simply log into your account and view your order history.

  • What does my order come with?

    Every pair of glasses or sunglasses you order comes in a Classic Specs gift box, containing a beautiful hard-shell protective case and a microfiber cleaning cloth. The cloth features an artistic map of Brooklyn on it, as an homage to the birthplace of Classic Specs.

  • Order Cancellation

    Orders placed online or directly with a customer service agent may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
